An accelerated academy for 8th and 9th-grade students who are two grade levels behind.

Eligibility Criteria

· Student 15-16 years old

· Reading on a 5th grade level

· Promoted to 8th or 9th grade

· Regular school attendance

· Minor Disciplinary Infractions

· Student has not been expelled within the last year

Program Description

· Technology-based platform utilizing guided teaching and hands-on modules

· Rigorous paced program to facilitate students mastering 2-grade levels in one year

· Cooperative learning groups

· Project-based learning

· Independent learning activities
