    Rules for athletic events

    Sporting events can and should be opportunities for fun and fellowship in a family-friendly environment. We have a responsibility to do everything we can to ensure that these events are safe for everyone attending. That is why we are setting forth some guidelines.

    -Students should check Schoology/Google Classroom for assignments, and updates.

    -Students should use their NEW MPS gmail account to communicate with teachers if they have any questions or concerns about posted lessons and assignments.

    Summer Reading List 2023


           Summer reading for the 2023-2024 school year is required. The summer reading list allows students to prepare for the upcoming school year. A quiz will be given on all summer reading selections within the first week of school. Class discussions, essays, and tests will follow throughout the first quarter. While completing summer selections, students should take suitable notes in preparation for both written analysis and class discussion. Students should bring to class questions and thoughtful insight about their reading. Some texts are available online for free. Search for the book title and “online text.”
