FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024, Floyd Middle Magnet will implement the following changes to the dress code:
6th Graders- Gold Shirts ONLY
7th Graders- Black Shirts ONLY
8th Graders- Silver Shirts ONLY
NO white shirts will be worn for the 2023-24 school year.
Students MUST wear their grade appropriate uniform colored tops.Top: Girls
Collared 3 button golf shirt, short or long sleeve - banded or tucked in. ALL TOPS (including undershirts, jackets, sweaters, & sweatshirts ): SOLID white, yellow, gold or black except for FLOYD SPIRIT WEAR - no other emblems (Polo, college, etc.) Outer wear must be worn open at all times in the building.
Bottom: Girls
SKORTS- Khaki or black SKORTS (any style). SLACKS- Any Style(khaki or black). CAPRI PANTS(khaki or black). SHORTS- Any Style (Khaki or Black). NO HIGHER THAN THE CREASE IN THE BACK OF THE KNEE. SKIRTS- Khaki, Plaid (#44:Gray, Green, Gold) or black Skirt (any style). NO HIGHER THAN THE CREASE IN THE BACK OF THE KNEE.
Top: Boys

PULLOVER SWEATSHIRTS: FLOYD SPIRIT WEAR only. These will be sold periodically throughout the year through PTSA.

WEDNESDAYS: Grade level shirts with khakis
FRIDAYS: SOLID BLUE jeans (no holes) with FLOYD SPIRIT WEAR. ALL ACCESSORIES: SOLID white, yellow, gold, or black; EARRINGS No larger than an inch in diam
